At Coastal Thrive Dance Festival, we are committed to providing a great experience for all participants. Please carefully read our refund policy before making a registration or purchasing any event-related services.
By registering for the Coastal Thrive Dance Festival or making any related purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Registration Fees

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees for the Coastal Thrive Dance Festival are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes fees for dance team registration, solo registration, and any other related services provided by the festival.

Exception for Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by Coastal Thrive Dance Festival for reasons other than force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, etc.), a refund may be issued. In such cases, refunds will be processed as follows:

If the event is cancelled before the start date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, no refund will be issued, and the registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled event.

2. Cancellation of Registration by Participant

Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your registration, the following applies:

More than 30 Days Before the Event: You may receive a refund of 50% of the registration fees if you cancel more than 30 days before the event date.

Less than 30 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date.

No Show: If you fail to attend the event without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days from the approval of the refund request.
4. Transfers

Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to participate in the event, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional charge, provided that the transfer request is made no later than 7 days before the event. 5. Event Modifications

Changes to Event Schedule or Location: Coastal Thrive Dance Festival reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, or any other aspect of the event. In the case of significant changes that may affect your ability to participate, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the cancellation terms.
6. Refund Exceptions

Force Majeure: Coastal Thrive Dance Festival is not liable for any refunds in the event of cancellation or postponement due to factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the event and accommodate registered participants.

No Refund for Merchandise or Additional Purchases: Fees for event-related merchandise, photos, videos, or other optional services are non-refundable, except where required by law.
